Success Can be Found Even When You Take A Wrong Turn

Entrepreneur Mindset

Even if we take a wrong turning, success can be found in another route.

If we happen to steer our vessels in what later turns out to be the wrong direction, it IS possible to check our maps and chart out a new and exciting course.  Remember that Stopping is not an option. So long as we keep our eyes on the goal and the ultimate prize we cannot fail.

Success is a journey, not a destination. Actions and  a positive attitude help us to move forward when we feel stuck. Always strive to make each step count. Being unsure of where we are does not make us lost, as we can always forge new paths and become pioneers and trailblazers so long as we keep going.

To quote Lisa Nichols in her great and inspiring book ‘No Matter What’ – “When you are going through hell – keep moving!”

When you reach a fork in the road, try being spontaneous and trust your intuition to guide you. This will help you to release your inner self and experience success in a new way and will give you a new freedom.

You are not limited to one way only, and a wrong turn may lead you to find a new and better way. Missing a turn need not cause panic as there are countless options;  Take the opportunity to explore the unknown!
Detours can be worthwhile because they can lead us to discover many beautiful things in life that otherwise may be missed -  even if they don’t there are lessons to be learned from every eventuality that can help us to grow and develop as the wonderful being that we are.
Whilst it can feel daring to get off the fast-paced highway of life and take the scenic route,  it is often true that the road less travelled is filled with the most stunning sights.

Flexibility allows us to prosper and develop despite failure. It gives us the strength to keep going when we would sometimes rather stop.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. What can I do when I reach what appears to be a dead end?
2. How might I become less rigid and more flexible?
3. What changes can I make to ensure that the journey is as enjoyable as the end reward?
