What can you do when you're facing a lack of motivation?

That's something that we all suffer from sometimes, don't we?

Sometimes it can happen quite frequently, sometimes it's not very often, yet we all have times when we're just not feeling motivated.

If you're in an online business you've probably heard that if you're not doing the work and you're not feeling motivated, then you're not connected with your why.

That's could be true to a certain extent. Nevertheless, we are all are going to feel a lack of motivation at some point.

What Helps

One of the things I've found that helps me if I'm not feeling motivated is to write down things that I'm grateful for in my life, and there are so many things, thankfully, that I have to be grateful for.

I think that probably goes for the majority of us.

I'm sure we can all make a list of family and friends, or lots of other things to be grateful for.

Even if you think you haven't, or you don't feel like you've got very much to be grateful for in your life, there's always something.

Do you have fresh water to drink, hot water for a shower or a bath, a comfortable bed to get into at night, a warm duvet, just basic shelter?

Thankfully most of us do have, but not everybody in the world, l know.

However, the majority of us do and doing a simple thing such as writing a list down of things to be grateful for always helps me.

Law Of Attraction

Keeping a gratitude journal is a great idea also.

If you think about the Law of Attraction, I'm sure we've all heard of that, then we probably know the importance of trying to control what we're thinking about.

Whatever you're putting out there with your thoughts, you're attracting more of the same back, so it's important to remain as positive as you can be.

The same goes for gratitude. If you're thinking about things that you're grateful for everyday, you're going to attract more things to be grateful for into your life, so it's a really worthwhile thing to do.

I know it always bucks me up.

I watched a short video, a six-minute video about gratitude recently that really made me smile and made me feel even more grateful to be here and for my life.
